Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website (daniedson.com and its subdomains, including quickreplier.daniedson.com) and the QuickReplier desktop application ("QuickReplier", the "App"), provided by Dani Edson Internet Marketing LTDA ("Dani Edson", "we", "us"). By installing or using QuickReplier, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The software

QuickReplier is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the Microsoft Store Terms of Use, which apply in addition to these Terms. Where the two conflict regarding store operation, billing, or distribution, the Microsoft Store terms govern.

2. License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use QuickReplier on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or decompile the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Free and Full versions

QuickReplier is offered under a freemium model:

• Free version: up to 3 categories, with up to 15 saved replies in each category.
• Full version: unlimited categories and unlimited saved replies per category, unlocked through a license purchased via the Microsoft Store.

We may adjust these limits, features, or pricing over time. Material reductions in functionality already purchased will be communicated where reasonably possible.

4. Your content

The categories and replies you create inside QuickReplier are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us. You are solely responsible for the content you create and post using the App, including making sure it complies with the terms of service of any social media platform where you use it, and with applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuickReplier to post content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or that violates the terms of service of the platform on which it is posted. We do not review, moderate, or have access to the replies you store or post, since this content is never transmitted to us.

6. Third-party platforms

QuickReplier inserts text into comment fields of third-party websites and applications (such as social media platforms). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, interface changes, or policies of those third-party platforms, which may affect how QuickReplier behaves at any time without notice.

7. Payments

All payments for the Full version are processed by Microsoft through the Microsoft Store. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment methods are governed by the Microsoft Store's own policies.

8. No warranty

QuickReplier and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or continued compatibility with any specific social media platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dani Edson Internet Marketing LTDA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or social media account restrictions, arising from your use of QuickReplier or this website.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use QuickReplier if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuickReplier or this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
