QuickReplier is built to work locally on your computer. The categories and replies you create inside the App are stored on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to that content.

2. Information the App does not collect

QuickReplier does not read, upload, or transmit the content of your categories, your saved replies, or the comments you reply to. The App does not require you to create an account to use the Free version.

3. Information we may collect

• License and purchase information. If you purchase the Full version through the Microsoft Store, your payment is processed by Microsoft, under Microsoft's own privacy policy. QuickReplier contacts Microsoft's licensing service only to confirm whether your copy of the App is licensed for Full features. We do not receive your payment details.
• Website usage data. Like most websites, our pages may use standard, non-identifying analytics (such as aggregate visit counts, browser type, and country-level location) to understand how the site is used. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep that conversation, and any details you choose to include in it, in order to respond and resolve your request.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to: operate and improve this website, verify Full-version licenses through Microsoft's service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent personal information. The only third party involved in the licensing and payment process is Microsoft, through the Microsoft Store, which acts under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
